Civil contracting industry’s brightest stars ‘break new ground’ in Adelaide

The Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) is the peak body representing Australia’s civil construction industry. Together with Informa, they are delighted to present the 2014 CCF National Conference and Exhibition, which will tackle key issues for the industry and breaking new ground through innovation.

The two-day conference features an outstanding line-up of speakers includes The Hon Stephen Mullighan, Minister for Transport and Infrastructure SA, The Hon Jamie Briggs MP, Assistant Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development and Ian Nightingale, Industry Participation Advocate, Department of the Premier and Cabinet, South Australia.

International guests include Dirk Janek, Executive Director, Technology and Delivery, Spectra QEST, Dallas Fort Worth Connector Project and Fernando Fajardo, Executive Committee Member and former Project Director (2011 to May 2014), Transcity JV/Legacy Way Tunnel Project.

The high calibre technical program is matched by an exciting calendar of social events including the Official Conference Dinner at the Adelaide Oval, a Cocktail Party in the Bamboo Forest at the Adelaide Zoo and the National Earth Awards Gala Dinner.

Tim Bostridge, General Manager, Maritime, Logistics and Transport for Informa highlighted the importance of this event for the civil contracting industry:
