Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Survey awards Home Timber & Hardware ‘Hardware Store of the Year’ for the second time.

Home Timber & Hardware has been crowned the 2013 ‘Hardware Store of the Year’ at last night’s Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, for the second year in a row.

More than 50,000 consumers were asked to rate their shopping experiences and across the brands Home Timber and Hardware’s customer satisfaction rated ahead of competing brands.

James Aylen, General Manager Home Timber & Hardware, said credit for winning the number-one customer ranking belonged to everyone working in the stores.

“Our advice, expertise and customer service is what attracts so many trade and DIY customers to Home Timber and Hardware stores. This win is testament to the hard work and dedication everyone continues to put in.

“Customers know when they walk into one of our stores they’ll receive friendly service and the right advice to tackle any project.

“To be recognised year-on-year as one of Australia’s top 12 retail brands is an honour for Home Timber & Hardware, and very significant in our highly-competitive sector.

“Receiving this independent endorsement from Australian consumers further cements our position as an industry leader that has the right ‘tools’ to meet the needs of tradies and DIYers,”

The annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards are the industry’s standard for consumer and business satisfaction.
