Masters, Australia’s newest player in the hardware and home improvement market has partnered with Southern Cross Forest Products to deliver high-quality, mill-direct boards and mouldings to Masters stores nationally. Every store offers a wide variety of top-quality timber products across grades and species.

When it comes to mouldings, Masters has over 500 variations to choose from including MDF, FJ raw pine, FJ treated pine, primed pine, clear pine and clear red oak.  The huge range of softwood widths and lengths include economical utility grade pine featuring tight knots, treated and primed pine, as well as edge glue panels. In addition, the range of “clear pine” offers a premium grade that is knot-free and sourced from farmed, slow growth wide diameter trees.

Hardwood boards are available in clear poplar and clear red oak of the highest quality and grade. Masters is pleased to be the first hardware retailer to bring American red oak to the Australian home improvement market. This product has similar colour and structural characteristics of Tasmanian oak and is available in over 150 profiles and sizes.

If superior quality is paramount, look out for the exclusive Black Label range.

Long-length mouldings and boards up to 5.4 metres long are housed in pigeon holes in the trade pick-up area, making it quick and easy to find and load up what you need.  Head into the store for easy-to-reach untreated short-length mouldings up to 3.6 metres long, solid boards up to 286mm wide, and edge glue panels up to 600mm wide.
